Academic Coordinator, OPTIONS Fontbonne University Saint Louis, Missouri This position currently serves over 400 of 1600 adult graduate and undergraduate students in an accelerated degree program, 12 months a year. Position responsibilities include evaluating students for admission, advising students, setting up graduation plans, registering and withdrawing students from courses, midpoint audits, ensuring students’ graduation materials are complete, orientation of new students, returning student email and phone correspondences, meeting with students, and co-sponsor of Delta Mu Delta Honor Society. Additionally, I spearheaded the shift to all electronic files and forms. Currently, I am the committee head for the total revision of the OPTIONS Student Handbook. July 2007

International Recruiter, Interim, Department of International Affairs Fontbonne University Saint Louis, Missouri The purpose of this trip with AEO Tours was to travel to Hong Kong, Kuala Lumpur, Jakarta, and Singapore to recruit international students. In each city, city-wide recruitment fairs and secondary school fairs were attended. In addition, this tour required meeting with agents in order to form partnerships between the university and the agency. February 2008

Specifics include budget requisitions, assisting in research for accreditation, reorganization and upkeep of files, supervising of work study students, logistics coordination of meetings, special projects for the Dean of Business Programs, data research and development for major departmental presentations, formatting class assignments for professors, and coordinating activities and materials with the International Affairs Office. OPTIONS Fontbonne University Saint Louis, Missouri This position required the writing of the course guide and teaching the first and second sections of BAC 445, Terrorism, War, Peace, and Human Rights in the OPTIONS Contemporary Studies program. This course guide will be used for subsequent instructors of the course. Also, I have taught BAC495, Social Policy in spring 2008. Ongoing since January 2007
Student Records Coordinator, Interim, OPTIONS Fontbonne University Saint Louis, Missouri Upon the sudden illness of the data coordinator, I was asked to take over responsibilities until her return. After stepping in, it was realized she was 6 months behind in processing all paperwork and duties. Working with a temporary employee, I organized, prioritized, and implemented a new system. When the coordinator returned, all tasks were caught up and the new system, if followed, would keep her on task and up-to-date. May 2007

This required the physical reorganization of the room as well as restructuring the computerized system of data. When the new replacement was hired she was able to walk into a problem-free situation and personalize it to her own needs. March 2006
